By accessing and using the services provided by Boot Repair Company Limited, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, visitors to our website, and any other individuals interacting with our business.

We offer boot repair and related services as described on our website and in our marketing materials. The scope of services, pricing, and turnaround times may vary, and we reserve the right to update these details at our discretion.

  1. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Placement: Customers can place orders through our website, in person, or via other approved channels. All orders are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

4.2 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for specific repair requirements not covered under standard services. Customers will be informed of any additional charges and will be asked to agree and pay before further work is undertaken.

5.1 Estimated Timeframes: We provide estimated turnaround times for our services, but these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

5.2 Communication: We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays.

6. Carriage

6.1 Customers are responsible for packaging up the items securely and posting it. Customers are responsible for the cost of the shipping to the BRC.  

6.2 The Boot Repair Company are responsible to return customers goods securely. Customers items will return within a 3 week period of receipt unless you hear about any delays to your order.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction

7.1 Quality Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality repairs. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe, and we will address your concerns in accordance with our warranty policy.

7.2 Warranty Period: Our warranty period for repairs is 6 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects arising from the repair process but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

• Send‑in requirement. Purchasing a repair online does not trigger an automatic refund
if you do not send your item in. If you change your mind, you must contact us to request
cancellation. After 60 days if the item has not been sent in for repair and a refund is requested an admin fee will be applied to this order.  (see Section 6).

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Boot Repair Company Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership: Any intellectual property rights related to our services, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Boot Repair Company Limited.

10. Privacy

10.1 Data Protection: We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
