Order your repair

Find the repair you require, add it to your basket and check out.

Please note: Shipping is not included. The customer is responsible for sending the footwear or item to the BRC.

Return postage is free of charge.

Post to us

Put your worn-out item in a secure parcel with your order confirmation, including your order number, name and address. If sending in footwear for repair, please send the pair - do not send footwear individually. We recommend you use a secure posting service to post it to us at the following address:
