HOW TO SEND US YOUR FOOTWEAR

Once you have made your order via the website, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions including the content below. Please follow the steps below to send back your footwear to our repairs workshop.

1. Put your worn out item(s) in a secure parcel or any sufficient shipping packaging (this is not provided by The Boot Repair Company). Include your order confirmation, including your order number, name and address. 

2. Use a secure posting service to post it to us at the following address:
